MSN has released a new game in the US for Messenger - Quarto. It is a combination of one of my childhood favs - connect 4 and a game I recently discovered Set - where you match cards with common properties. My sister took one game to get it and then she beat me 4 times in a row, argh!

There is also a Quarto board game. The style of the Messenger game is modelled after it so everything looks brown & beige which represents the wood pieces. One thing that makes the this and 7-hand poker so much fun is if you look closely you can see what your opponent is thinking of doing, which makes it feel like you are in the same room - no bluffing allowed!

Who wants to be a Rock Star???

Well definately not me but I have been watching Rock Star:INXS regularly :) My only problem with the show is that the majority of the people are really good, so I have no idea who to vote for. I don't have a favorite yet. Do any of you?

Unstale space

Yeah finally time to write a blog entry. Hmmm.. now what to write about. Oh this is pretty darn excting MSN Messenger users can entry a contest to win a Video Conversation with a Star :) No employees can not win :(

In other news I have become pretty good at the 7 Hand Poker game in Messenger. It took me a couple of games to get it though. Check it out (Conversation window -> Games button) and let me know what you think (comment on my space or email me nicolet_ms @ hotmail.com). I wonder if the stars would play poker with you in you win :)

Shared Search

One of our big new features in v7.0 is the Shared Search feature. Brady, my counterpart on MSN Search, writes about the feature in the MSN Search blog and how it came to be.
